The equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of Received of machine. Manufacturer’s standard warranty clause shall be applicable. The warranty does not apply to the items of normal wear and tear, Pressing plate, Teflon coating, electrical items like heater, sensor, temperature controller, SSR, LED, wires and rubber parts.Client will be fully responsible for any physical damage to the machine and will not be considered under warranty. During the warranty period service charge will not be levied, only you have to either arrange or pay for lodging, boarding and travelling for our service engineer. After the warranty period is over, you will have to pay the service charge on daily basis at the prevailing rate at the time of service and above mentioned charges. In case of replacement of warranty parts, freight will be to the account of customers.
